2026 Camp Dates: July 27-30 1pm - 7:30pm
Drop off begins at 12:50pm
Pickup is at 7:30pm.
This year pick-up and drop-off will be on the field. Please park and walk your camper to their unit on the field to be checked in. Pick-up will also be on the field.
Campers will only be released to approved individuals identified on the camp registration forms and must have a photo ID.
Shirts will be provided to each camper at check-in on Monday. Each shirt is color coded to the campers unit, therefore it is requested that campers wear their shirt every day of camp. For the first day, it is helpful if campers wear a thin shirt or a tank so it's comfortable for them to put their shirt over it for the day.
Each camper must bring: a water bottle (16oz or larger), a (nut free) sack dinner, and be wearing closed toed shoes. While we aim to provide opportunities for shade, camp is outdoors. Sunscreen and bug spray is required for your campers health and safety and will provide for your camper. If your camper has allergies to sunscreen and/or bug spray please send your camper with some safe for them.
Please send your camper with a nutritious sack meal that they'll be eating about 3:30. Campers will be active throughout camp and will need a meal all 4 days, including their cooking unit day. Please consider what fruits, vegetables and protein your camper will eat. We ask that campers will not share food so that allergies can be addressed. Camp is Nut Free for safety.
Campers have found it beneficial to bring a bucket with a lid. Typically this is a 5 gallon (3 gallon for littles) bucket that the camper can use for an impromptu chair, carry their things, and keep their items clean and dry. Need a summer project - decorate your bucket!
Mark all items brought to camp with your campers names.
Campers should pack a sleeping bag, pillow, warmer clothes, change of cloths, sleepwear, toiletries, flashlight, small stuffy/blanket or other personal item. Take note, though, that stuff at camp gets dirty and sometimes lost.
Dinner will be provided, followed by a campfire and songs. Campers will be tenting together, tents will be provided this year for our overnight campers. PAs and Volunteers will be provide their own tents. In the morning we'll break camp at 8, have breakfast, and a service project. Pickup for campers will be at 11am on Friday.
A paper will go home with your camper on Monday for you to make a final selection for your camper to spend the night.
We will have a camp store open at pickup Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Flyer coming soon.
We are so excited for camp!! Please reach out if you have any questions.
