Camp Hours | Drop-off | Pick-up

Drop off begins at 12:50pm, and campers will be released at 7:30pm. This year pick-up and drop-off will be on the field. So you'll park (back in ONLY), walk your camper to their table on the field to be checked in. You must be there in person for check-in on the first day, as we'll be providing you additional information. Pick-up will also be on the field. Campers will only be released to approved individuals identified on the camp registration forms (see names below), those individuals must have a photo ID. Campers are grouped into their fall grade.

T-Shirts

Shirts will be provided to each camper at check-in on Monday. Each shirt is color coded to the campers unit, therefore it is requested that campers wear their shirt every day of camp. For the first day, it is helpful if campers wear a thin shirt or a tank so it's comfortable for them to put their shirt over it for the day.

What to Bring

Each camper must bring a water bottle, sack dinner, sunscreen and bug spray each day to camp. Please have your camper wear closed toed shoes.  While we aim to provide opportunities for shade, camp is outdoors. Unless your camper is allergic (and that is communicated on your registration forms) to sunscreen/bug spray, it is required for your campers health and safety, that sunscreen and bug spray be used. If they forget on a particular day, it will be provided for them.

Campers have found it beneficial to bring a bucket with a lid. Typically this is a 5 gallon (3 gallon for littles) bucket that the camper can use for an impromptu chair, carry their things, and keep their items clean and dry. Need a summer project - decorate your bucket!

Please send your camper with a nutritious sack meal that they'll be eating about 3:30.  Campers will be active throughout camp and will need a meal all 4 days, including their meal unit day.  Please consider what fruits, vegetables and protein your camper will eat.  We ask that campers will not share food so that allergies can be addressed.

Participation in spirit days is completely optional, and it is a fun way to share your personality and who you are.

Monday: Crazy Socks Day! Do you have an amazing pair of socks? Cartoon characters? Dinosaurs? Anything goes! If all else fails, mismatched socks on Monday are always in style.

Tuesday: Tutu Tuesday (Ties and Tuxedos, too!) -- We love tutus. If you do too, please wear your best tutu on Tuesday. (PLEASE no glitter) - if you prefer to wear a tie instead, we love that, too!

Wednesday: Backyard Beach Day! Our favorite day is Water Games. Come to camp with your goggles, mask, or floaties - maybe a lei or grass skirt? A Hawaiian shirt to wear over your camp shirt! Please, no swim fins.

Thursday: Time Travel Thursday! Accessorize for your favorite period in history. Bell bottoms? Poodle skirts & bobby sox? Sword & shield? Wild west hats & bandanas? Maybe you're going to represent the future instead?

Overnight for 4th Grade and Older

Dinner will be provided, followed by a campfire and songs. Campers will be tenting together, tents will be provided this year for our overnight campers.  PAs and Volunteers will be provide their own tents. In the morning we'll break camp at 8, have breakfast, and a service project for the Lions Club. Pickup for campers will be at noon on Friday, unless other arrangements are made.

Campers should pack a sleeping bag, pillow, warmer clothes, change of cloths, sleepwear, toiletries, flashlight, small stuffy/blanket or other personal item.  Take note, though, that stuff at camp gets dirty and sometimes lost.

A paper will go home with your camper on Monday for you to make a final selection for your camper to spend the night.

Camp Store

For the first time ever we'll be hosting a camp store! You'll be able to pick-up water bottles, camp stickers, nylon backpacks, and more!  See the camp store flyer!

 Project

Prior to COVID we hosted service projects during camp, we are excited to be bringing that back this year. Our service project will be to provide items for Birthday Dreams, whose mission is to bring hope, joy and a sense of self-worth to homeless children with the gift of a birthday party. You can view their wish list here, or bring party supplies. Please see the attached flyer above!

We are so excited for camp next week!! Please reach out if you have any questions.
